Dr. Joshua James is a commissioned church starter in the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship. He is currently serving as one of the pastors of a young church in Salisbury, MD, called The Restoration Project. He is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College (B.S., Biblical Education, 2003), Westminster Theological Seminary (M.A.R., Biblical Studies, 2006), and Fuller Theological Seminary (Ph.D., Old Testament Studies, 2015). His dissertation, which was written under the supervision of John Goldingay, explores the ethical function of story and storytelling in the thanksgiving psalms.
