Theology and Practice of Leadership

The purpose of the course is to make students sufficiently theologically informed to conduct a viable ministry.

SIGNIFICANCE FOR LIFE AND MINISTRY: 

The course will enable students to integrate various theological approaches into their ministries in the church and other public settings.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

Through the successful completion of this course students will be able to:

  • Stay informed about major theological approaches that have shaped and continue to impact Christian faith

  • Formulate their theologies of leadership, 

  • Gain a theological understanding of their ministry settings, both in congregations and other spheres of public life

COURSE FORMAT: 

The course will be taught online. It will include eight synchronous sessions and the asynchronous portion.

  • Introduction to Theological Studies.
